Best Boiler Contractor in Newark NJ

Walter is awesome! Tenants wrote to me last night at 1AM heat was out. He was there today within the window of time they gave me .fixed the boiler in 20 minutes (thermocouples SUCK). Tenants happy. I'm happy. THANKS GUYS!!! Best place to call for boiler repair - and by the way I have worry free on this boiler but I cant afford to wait 48 hours for PSEG

I had warm water flowing into my sink cold faucet, and a shower that had one temperature - no matter where the lever was placed.
He replaced the shower valve and fixed both the sink and shower issues. He went above and beyond his job by also determining that I had a leaky heater unit which was overflowing onto the floor.
He vacuumed 3 gallons of water from the heater pan. Excellent plumbing company.

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

I am glad that they were a one-stop plumbing company that was able to address all my problems. Definitely, I will proudly recommend them to others.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

We have called on John DeGrace do plumbing work in our home on a few occasions now. They are professional and do great work, use high quality materials and we will call them for any more plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

This is the first time I am giving someone a bad review; unfortunately I had a bad experience with his guys.

They came to fix my boiler 3 times in the span of 4 - 6 weeks.

The first time the technician charged me about 475 for fixing something that wasn’t the problem at least that’s was my gut feeling.

The technician got my sofas and entire basement wet !!

So 4 wks later the problem came back; they fixed something else and charged me 675; so one day later guess what ? problem came back and they charged me 275 !

I am not even mentioning all the arguments I had w these guys and that on the third time they came they broke one of my blinds (the blind was already semi-broken I admit ) however it would of been fine if they said hey broke something.. however they denied it !

The problem hasn’t come back however it took me a total of $1,400, broken blinds, wet sofas/basement, lots of aggravation and waste of my time

Unfortunately I won’t call these guys again

Had a sewage clog and backed up on a rainy day. Zack was very calming and reassuring which I find very helpful for my stress level. Also very easy to communicate, photos and videos provided were very clear for understanding of the situation. I'd use them again!!

We had a sink back up and overflow and needed a plumbing company to come out Asap. We contacted this place, and they responded very quickly, indicating someone would be able to stop by the next morning. The plumbers came and did a great job, explaining step by step the issues and how they went about to resolve it. I look forward to using these guys again in the future!

Falcon Plumbing and Heating are excellent. They installed 2 boilers and 2 hot water heaters in my home. They did alot of work in a short amount of time. They are fairly priced. I'm happy I decided to go with them. They are super attentive and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

I compiled a list from Google and Yelp and compared their quotes. This company was the most suitable. I had a chat with the manager to discuss terms, and everything went smoothly. Within a week, their team of plumbers and technicians started working on our site.

The American Way's team didn't miss a single day of work, they were always on time, and always very jolly and friendly. It was an exceptional experience working with these guys.

My project was daunting to begin with. Replace all piping from the curb to entire house. My house is old and had galvanized piping. National Plumbing was competitive. From Jorge to Al. Very professional although there were some hiccups along the way. The company own up and helped me to fix it. I will highly recommend them.

We recently moved into our new home. We thoroughly inspected it and had it checked from professionals, and all was good. After a month, I noticed that there was a leak in the upstairs shower which was trickling down towards the bedroom ceiling. I don't know how we or an entire team of professionals missed it.

Anyway, I hired this company after careful consideration. They quickly got me an appointment. The plumber had to remove a bit of sheetrock to fix the leak. Now, peace is restored in our home. A great experience.
