We call Rex to come over and take a look our boiler was not working , find problem repair and turn boiler on .. also replace some radiator valve they was leaking during heat on , replaced tested all heating system for us work very good.. price also was good and professional job done , definitely we recommend S&R for any plumbing and heating work, Thanks Rex for doing excellent job

I called 5 plumbers and either no one was there, or they said they would call me back. The guys at Elizabeth Plumbers took my call, told me they could call back in 10 and they did. They responded to the fact that I had an emergency and my hot water heater was leaking really badly, even though it was 7PM and they came over fixed the supply pipe (where the leak was). Price was reasonable the the service was great. Thanks guys. Happy to leave the review!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Last year I used this company, and the technician was extremely honest and ethical, charging me exactly what one would expect for the very small job performed. Decided to use them again in Jersey City, and this time I was completely ripped off with a $325 charge to change a fuse and reverse the connection of two wires (something another vendor apparently connected incorrectly). The tech was there for all of 28 minutes.

Brendan did a great job helping set up or new shower head. He went above and beyond to ensure that our work was completed in a timely manner, and we will most certainly be utilizing his services in the future.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.
