I had a clogged kitchen sink. The guy Tony was very polite informative and professional. Brought his tool unclogged the sink and cleaned after himself. Also gave some tips on how to keep the sink flowing. Made us very happy

I have used Aladdin's service a few times, some through America Home Shield and some without. Both Jeff and Aladdin have worked on my plumbing and I would use them again anytime we need work done. I request them specifically when dealing with AHS. Aladdin could have told me I needed repairs that another service said I needed but he said you dont need that so instead of a $6700 bill it was $200. They are professional and do excellent work

Thank you for using this plumbing, heating, and electric service! We have experienced an AC unit issue around this time every eight years. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. We heartily endorse this plumbing, heating, and electrical service. l Andrew L., our service technician, visited us today to fix our air conditioner. WOW! Harris plumbing installed two backflow devices. One on a sprinkler system and another on a domestic water supply. Harris personnel were responsive and James did a neat and professional job.
I will use them again when the need arises and recommend them to all.

I called Fred Smith to help with some plumbing issues I was having at my kitchen sink on the Upper East Side. After describing my situation over the phone, the dispatcher told me he would call me back with a proposed appointment time (because they juggle a lot of emergency work, they did not want to set an appointment right away). Not too long after the initial phone call, an appointment was set up.

The plumber showed up on time and got the job done with no problems. I was most impressed with how polite he was and how careful he was to clean up and not leave a mess. I highly recommend Fred Smith!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

First of all, their receptionist/scheduler is a total pro and charming as well. Appointments get confirmed in advance. Our plumber called enroute to confirm arrival time. How great is that? But the best part, is that repairs are knowledgeable, practical and customer service oriented. We've always been given a choice of solutions, mindful of budget and preferences. Today's experience with our bathroom sink presented them with a ridiculous challenge due to a previous faulty installation by other contractors. Their efforts were frankly heroic and saved us a great deal of stress and money. We're incredibly grateful and appreciative of their efforts, skill and professionalism. And they're very nice people.
