By far the most honest plumber I have had the pleasure of working with.

A&E did a excellent job in our yearly maintenance on our furnace I would recommend him to other friends.

Sal installed two faucets for us (one indoor, one outdoor) and replaced a stubborn radiator valve that had welded itself to the piping under the floor, a much bigger job than expected. A good guy, skillful, punctual, and reliable.

We honestly appreciate how quickly these technicians responded to our call for them to address a leak. The dispatcher was also kind and polite. The plumber did a fantastic job and I am satisfied.

Aladdin came through as promised and fixed a leaking toilet. (No visible leak but was dripping to the floor below. Got a quick appointment under 24 hrs. And they did a professional job. Their rates are moderate and availability was awesome. Happy to recommed and will use them again.

Chris and Jonathan were super helpful and nice. They kept working at the problem until it was fixed, and even came back the next day to ensure that the job was done. I really enjoyed the service and would HIGHLY recommend!

Quick response they were able to have a plumber come out and install a new gas stove. The mechanic was quick and very nice.

I had a clogged drain in my restaurant and needed immediate service. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled the plumber to come in 1 hour. The plumber, Nick arrived on time with a big machine and cleared up the clogged drain in 30 min. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing problems.

Mr. Benjamin and his colleague did an EXCELLENT job of installing a new toilet. The connection was done beautifully, and they spent extra time cleaning up. They were early and very meticulous and respectful in their work.

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

Awful place. They keep standing me up. They make me clear my schedule, and then when they're an hour late, telling me they're not coming. It's so disrespectful and frustrating. The radiator replacement job has also ballooned from $1,500 to about $3,750.

The only way to reach the man in charge of the job, Dom, is to call the office at 8am. If you call at 9am, he's gone for the rest of the day and you'll just play more phone tag. He doesn't have a cell phone, apparently.

I'm so furious with these people. The cost ballooning is bad enough, but the lack of basic consideration for my time and schedule is so infuriating.

Update: The plumber, George, let our cat out the front door and locked it out. He then didn't tell us he had done this. My wife found the cat waiting at the door later. If you have cats, you know how messed up it is for somebody to let your cat out into the street. When I told him about this, he said I only saw one cat which was both untrue and wasn't an apology. Who cares if you didn't realize we have two cats? Don't let cats out. He and his assistant had seen both cats the day before and said it was fine to have them out. They didn't give us any warning that they were coming into that room the next day so we couldn't have locked the cats up anyway.

They almost killed our cat and charged us about 120% more than they quoted. Horrible company.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They are not licensed and are a scam. I had a plumber come out and do shoddy workmanship only to have it leak, do damage, and then have them deny even doing the work. This is despite a receipt I have with their letterhead and phone records indicating I had called them and they had sent the plumber. Then he called back and said.. Read the fine print on the receipt. It says we aren't responsible for anything.. not that we came, but even if we did come then we aren't responsible. Don't call again. Bye. Then he hung up. Real professional. The receipt actually says they are not responsible for faulty plumbing equipment and does not mention workmanship. They have been reported to the city and will be investigated by the Building Marshall. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
