I only called for an estimate to change out an old stove for a new one, had all the equipment delivered with the new stove. All I needed was a licensed plumber to disconnect the old gas pipe and put a new one on the new stove. All other quotes were in the range of $175 to $225 from several different competitors. Their quote, $450! I promptly said no thanks and hung up. Shop around and get quotes to find out industry standard pricing. No service was provided by this company and I am not commenting on their service, just a ridiculous pricing issue.

We called other companies at first to give us estimates for our bathtub faucet that was leaking. They didnt even check for leaks and wanted to rebuilt our whole system. We did a whole stem set 3 years prior and felt it was repairable. Alan was knowledgeable and did repairs on our faucets as needed. A+ work and reasonable rates!

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

They charged for a part they never installed into an air conditioner and fraudulently signed the credit card receipt for work they did not do. BEWARE. I ended up with a bill for over $1000 for a “special” they were offering for a AC tune up for $149!!! SCAM ARTISTS

Arrived within a day of when I called them ready to replace water heater that was destroyed by IDA remnant. Removed old water heater within 2 hrs of job start. Left the area dry and clean. Had hot water 1 hr later. Great job.
