I really needed the hot water cut-off valve under the kitchen sink to be replaced which led to a broken dishwasher that was leaking. Sal said he had an opening for the next day in the afternoon and I ask him if he could maybe squeeze me in for that night and literally he came at 7 pm that same day! He was punctual and respectful all throughout.

Service tech Brandon arrived on time and completed the work properly and affordably. After the Ship cleared the line, I paid extra for a camera view, and it was well worth the cost. The monitor displayed a large hole that the snake had bored through the root-tangle obstruction. Brandon then ran a bigger bit through the line a second time for free to remove the remaining debris.
