I couldn't have chosen a better plumber. his work was meticulous & he was very polite & explained what he doing step by step. also his fee was about 1/2 of what others wanted to charge...& he did extra things with no extra charge. i would recommend him absolutely both for his price his expertise. what a Godsend!!!

I am a return customer and recently had a plumbing issue. At first I thought about calling another plumber that a neighbor recommended. But then I thought, why would I since the service from RR was so good in the past. So, I did. From the call to make the appointment, to the confirming emails and then technician, Chris Parisi calling to (30min ahead of scheduled appt.) see if it was a good time to come by, the experience was seamless. Chris did a great job of showing and explaining what he was going to do to try and resolve the issue. As in true form from the past, my plumbing issue was fixed—within about 30min.Proving once again, the RR is reliable, honest and professional.

I called Michael Donahue Plumbing after my sink had a back up that would not drain. I left a message on their voicemail and received a response within 15 minutes. We set up a time for the plumber to come out, and they were on time to review the situation. Mr. Donahue himself came, looked over the sink, the pipes, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. He had another job to finish, so came in the afternoon at an agreed upon time to complete the work. Unfortunately the sink itself caved during this time, but Mr. Donahue was able to fix it, along with the pipes and drain. He was incredibly professional, taking me through his process, why the back up happened, and how to avoid this in the future. The work was high quality, and was finished very quickly. He took a bad situation and turned it right around! I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs and give him my highest recommendation.
