TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!

Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service
