Rich is a terrific plumber and takes a lot of pride in his craft. Most of the work he did in our bathroom and kitchen were to fix the terrible job done by the plumbers who renovated our apartment. HUB is our default company from now on. Super happy we found them.

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

I hired HBNY for the local law 152 gas pipe inspection for my multi-family building in Brooklyn. Harry was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the inspection process to me. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I located a water leak and had two of the sink faucets in the restrooms repaired. The plumber had a ton of experience and worked extremely hard. Superior care for customers and a spotless setting. Excellent work.

NYC Emergency Plumber & Sewer went above and above my expectations in every way. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and why I was in such a dire situation. My water heater is old and could be dangerous, so they are coming back to replace it. Excellent, I will tell everyone I know about them!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment over a week ago they were supposed to come to help to see if I had a leak in my apartment. They gave me a window of between 10-2pm so I had to take off from work. At around 10:45 I called to get a better estimate of when they thought they would come. I was put on hold and then told that their regular building clients come first and they wouldn’t be able to come today nor would they be able to come for the rest of the week. I explained that I booked it over a week before and was a paying customer and that no one had bothered to call to tell me this. I was losing a day at work to sit at home and wait for them and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they couldn’t come. Awful company. Stay away.

I can not say enough good things about this company!! This is really a first class plumbing company. There's Erica who handles the calls. She is calm and collected and extremely nice with the most soothing voice ever.She is very attenrive to customers needs. Above all, let me mention STEVE who is a plumbing genius with years of valuable experience.He definitely knows his plumbing and his skill is TOP NOTCH!! If you don't use this highly rated plumbing and heating company then you are doing youself a disservice. Watson Plumbing and Heating is the best!! Use them and you won't regret it.

Quick response they were able to have a plumber come out and install a new gas stove. The mechanic was quick and very nice.

The two plumbers that came and told me what the problem was and that they can fix it were great. I was then told to call Paul so we can talk about the details and pricing. I called the office around 3pm yesterday was told he was on another call but would get back to me. Never heard back from. I called them today around 8am still couldn't get in touch with Paul then the women who answers the phones told me that they are booked up for this weekend and next and that they probably can't come. THANKS ALOT KEW FOREST. I called them because I had an emergency leak that is still leaking and now I'm scrambling to find another company. DON'T BOTHER TO CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE YOU'LL BE WAITING FOREVER TO HEAR BACK!!!
