Had a clogged tub. Went to their website to submit a request. They do have a minimum charge to respond to the call ($185 + tax for Upper East Side during normal business hour, over time will cost more). They are also able to provide certificate of insurance for their work upon request, but do expect a 24 hour turnaround to get the certificate. The team is very friendly and fixed the clog in less than 15 minutes. They also provide a 30 day warranty so if the tub clogged again within 30 days they will fix it with no additional charge. I have an old style drain (the drain stopper is outside of the tub), so it cost more to fix it than a normal tub. They also accepts coupon (just need to mention the coupon found on their website). So overall it's not cheap, but the quality is good.

Great encounter with NYC Emergency Plumber & Sewer. Plumbers arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided estimates for both sewer line repair and comprehensive replacement. Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!
