THEY REPLACE MY WATER HEATER

Jerry and his partner came on time - did beautiful work and I’m thrilled with the outcome.

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

Well, did I ever have a good time! The plumbers arrived on time and were able to identify the issue, as well as provide cost estimates for both fixing and replacing the sewage line. I MADE A CALL TO WATSON'S PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO CHECK MY TOILET. I HAD GUEST OVER AND SOMEONE STUCK SOMETHING DOWN THE TOILET. I WAS FURIOUS, WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN. Smelling gas presented in my basement. This company plumber came & told me gas was leaking from the gas meter box where it was connected to the furnace gas pipe. The plumber cut the pipe with the saw that vibrated vigorously, plugged the connected hole on the meter and did not reconnect the furnace pipe to the meter. I paid $300.00 for that sloppy job. The plumber told me he will follow up on that pipe, but he never came.
Next day, i smelled some vague gas. I ignored it because there maybe some leftover gas. But the gas smell got stronger and stronger, i had to open all windows even the weather was around 29 to 39 degree.
After a week i called them back to complain. The plumbers came. They told me there was a leak on the gas meter where the meter corner almost touched the cement wall step ( I guess that happened because of the vigorously vibration when they cut the pipe, it make the meter got bump the the wall step.) The plumbers left without shutting off my gas . It was careless and unprofessional !. The pipe to my furnace is still hanging loosely on the basement ceiling. Now they mail a charge of $138.00 for this service !!!!
I don't know what service is this???
Do you think they should give back my $300.00 instead of billing me $138.00 ?
