We were so pleasantly surprised by how cleanly and professional this entire team is. Im sorry if I do not remember every ones name, just a few, but please know that every single employee that came to my house was wonderful and appreciated. From the beginning Arjun and Joe were so helpful in getting the ballRolling, all the guys who worked super hard to clean up, separate everything and break up the tile, to the workers who fixed all the piping issues, all the way to Ralph who was kind enough to drop off extra bags when the work was completed. Very hard working team, super respectful and professional. We are impressed and wish we had used Roto-Rooter a long time ago. Thank you for making a tough situation slightly easier to handle.

I'll be honest. I've never really hired people who mostly have word of mouth reviews. I usually do intense research and checks. I was sketchy at first, but let me say, it was amazing. I had a severe emergency in my boiler room, heat not working and all, and in hours my house nice and cozy. I would recommend this plumber to anybody in need of any assistance!

Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

Maryann dispatched two plumbers that arrived exactly when she said they would at 8:00 am.The two plumbers addressed the problem, they were very professional. Did a great job, and in a few hours they were done . They were very helpful and explained everything to my aunt . If you need Plumbing or Heating service this is it..!

We were in a very difficult situation: it was winter, and a heating pipe had broken in an unidentifiable place behind a wall, or underground, in our basement apartment. The heat had to be turned off for our whole 4-unit building. Two other very reputable companies both told us we had to rip out our entire kitchen(!) to find the break and fix it. We were facing a huge expense and a complete disruption in our lives. Michael Donahue came over and immediately identified an entirely different way of solving the problem. He explained it very patiently to everyone in our building, came the next day, completed the job in a single day, restoring heat to our building with no demolition at all! He is truly in a league of his own. He charges fairly: you will pay top dollar, but it is worth every penny. In our case, he literally saved us at least $25K in collateral expenses.

Vuksani Plumbing is my go to plumber for the apartments i manage, and they are amazing. They are responsive, show up when they are supposed to, do the work quickly and are fully insured. I have used them for at least 4 apartments now, including repairing a leaking toilet, replacing a 50 year old shower valve and unclogging a shower drain. They are very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend them!

The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn’t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn’t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.
