Scheduled a virtual consultation and had a video call with a person named Dritero. He agreed to email the estimate for the work along with required paperwork for our building. Did not hear from them after that and there was no response to my texts. So unprofessional.

Update: Since I posted this, I was contacted by Dritero. It seems there was some confusion around the communication. Rite Plumbing have provided an estimate.

Was visiting my mom and clogged her toilet she was asleep did not want to tel her call this guys the guy was here in 15 mins and got it unclogged in no time went to sleep and she did not even know what happened

Had the worst experience. I was totally taken advantage of. Keep away from these plumbers.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

These individuals are wonderful and very trustworthy! They put in a tremendous amount of effort to get rid of the numerous roots, and they also helped us by explaining what we need do to maintain the major lines. Also, they have fair prices. A new plumber is now on the job! I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you.

We are in a small walk up, and half our building lost heat during a very cold week. Tommy N and Jay D from Kew Forest Plumbing came out and were incredibly helpful. Not only did they fix the issue, but explained everything in great detail so that we understood how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. In addition, Tommy N continued to check in for the next few days to make sure we had heat. We will absolutely use them again moving forward.

I had a clogged drain in my restaurant and needed immediate service. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled the plumber to come in 1 hour. The plumber, Nick arrived on time with a big machine and cleared up the clogged drain in 30 min. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing problems.

I called for an emergency backup and they sent Joe and the crew out within a few hours and I couldn't be happier Joe was knowledgeable and gave us good suggestions on what to do for future prevention 100% would recommend this company

Arrived within a day of when I called them ready to replace water heater that was destroyed by IDA remnant. Removed old water heater within 2 hrs of job start. Left the area dry and clean. Had hot water 1 hr later. Great job.
