I ordered a water heater from Home Depot and they sent Z-Rite over to give an estimate and ultimately do the installation. They guy that came for the estimate (I don't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time, and was quick and professional. What gave me the warm and fuzzies about Z-Rite was that I told him about some other concerns I had with my plumbing; He was happy to talk to me about it and set me straight on a couple of things (I mean that in a good way), but he didn't try to sell me on having other work done because I didn't really need it.

The couple of guys that came to do the actual installation a few days later also showed up on time, and did quick and professional work.

My technician was knowledgeable and responsive. He did an amazing job. My only issue was how expensive it cost.

Their cost was significantly lower than expected and the value of what we got was great. While I hope to not need them again, I know who to call for an issue.

Pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to stay on. 24/7 said they’d send over a guy in an hour — and they kept their word. One hour. Boris figured out the problem and fixed it for us. (Clogged thermocouple.) You never want a boiler emergency on a cold night but if it happens, you want a shop like 24/7 to help you out. Many thanks to Boris and the whole team over there.

Joseph Passalacqua, nick name JP, who portraits to be running J P Plumbing Corp/Water Mains and Sewers at 217 20 st Brooklyn, NY is a khan artist. I paid a down payment of $5000.00 to him for a water main installation with a signed contract, but he was nowhere to be found to perform the work. In addition, JP requested a few thousand dollars more without planning to do the job. The address listed above among other locations he is using for his deceptive practices don't exist. I visited these locations in person. There is nothing there as he claims to be. He didn't respond to the requests from BBB, Home Advisor, etc for an explanation of the complaint.
Stay out of his way if you want to keep your money safe, he is a crook.

Michael services were excellent, he was friendly and professional. He arrived early and diagnosed the issue with our boiler. He took the time to explain the issue, we needed a new pilot light unit, he got the parts from his truck and had the boiler up and running again in an hour. He checked the boiler for any other issues, checked the gas lines, and unclogged the bathroom sink. I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.
