My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

Had the plumber come out to see the job and was here for 20 minutes to tell me he can't do it that I needed a main water company, and charged me a full hour service for doing nothing. $271 for telling me he cant do the job. Wow very disappointing wouldn't recommend after this!

I used Kew Forest to repair an urgent heating pipe leak the weekend before Thanksgiving (right before my house filled with guests). Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.
