My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

Had a 50-gallon water heater in my apartment where I had not much room, I was told that tankless water heater will do the same job — called Rite Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. They calculated how much hot water I spent with my fixtures and suggested the tankless water heater. I hired them, and they put the new tankless water heater, so far so good and so much more room I have now. Thank you for your excellent work.

Like night and day.This was my first time using Roto- Rooter and I will never use any other company. A customer service representative responded to my email within minutes and was very flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling the appointment. Then showed up right on time. Cory 2088 was so efficient, knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. Not to mention he had a seriously botched plumbing valve issue handled in under 30 mins. -Coming off of a recent terrible experience with a local private contractor who flooded my bathroom and never properly fixed the problem I was having with my flush valve in the first place, I was very wary and prepared for the worst. But instead I got a plumbing master. Can't say enough but all I can say is absolutely with out a doubt I will be a loyal customer from here on out and Roto- Rooter will be my first and only call. They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.

My aunt Clara had a bad steam heating leak that required immediate attention. Right away I told her to call IMP PLUMBING and speak to Maryann and tell her about the issue.. Maryann dispatched two plumbers that arrived exactly when she said they would at 8:00 am.The two plumbers addressed the problem, they were very professional. Did a great job, and in a few hours they were done . They were very helpful and explained everything to my aunt . If you need Plumbing or Heating service this is it..!
