Unbelievable service!

Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

Really great plumbing company! I had an emergency leak that was flooding my apartment at 5:30 in the morning. Neo Plumbing was the only plumbing company that took my call. We had a video call and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and sent a plumber over later that morning. I highly recommend!

I MADE A CALL TO WATSON'S PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO CHECK MY TOILET. I HAD GUEST OVER AND SOMEONE STUCK SOMETHING DOWN THE TOILET. I WAS FURIOUS, WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN. We used Vuksani to replace our hot water heater. After talking to several plumbers, Vuksani was the only one that took the time to understand which model we wanted. He didn't try to change it on us like another plumber did, and he offered same day service at the best price. Edison was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he left everything clean. We're now enjoying our hot water again!

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.
