Being a management company, Harris Plumbing has been our go to plumber for 25+ years. They handle all our yearly/monthly backflow, fire sprinkler, LL152 and boiler inspections along with servicing all our properties when needed. They are experts in dealing with DOB, DEP and FDNY violations and their staff is extremely knowledgeable about how to deal with each agency to achieve the best outcome. Pat is an expert in his field. Pros: They sent a technician out within a few hours, and only charged $125 for the diagnostic visit.Cons: Pricing is fixed and non-transparent. The Company quoted me almost $800 for a $50 part and 2 hours of labor. When I asked them to break down the pricing for me, they said it was the cost of doing business and non-negotiable.Bottom-line: If you need a repair done quickly, they can probably handle it, but you will pay much more than is reasonable.

Got DEP 10 day notice sewer leaking violation and had to replace my sewer line in front of my house....,Called JP water & sewer corp. Got the job DONE !!
They took their time with the job and didn't rush at all. Very professional !!
I would highly recommend them if you need to replace your sewer line.

There was a leak issue with my sink pipe and I've reached out to Michael to obtain a quote. He offered a reasonable price and he showed up on time to do the work. He explained me to the problem at hand and went through the process on how to fix it. He tested the kitchen pipes multiple times before he left to ensure there was no issue. However, the pipe started leaking the same day again. When I informed him about it, he came back the same day to fix the problem. He retested it multiple times again and I've never had an issue since then. Michael was a professional through and through and I appreciate his honesty. I'll definitely be using him again!

I had a frozen pipe and absolutely no water in the house. I've called multiple plumbers and no body wants to help EXCEPT for Barolli Plumbing. Arsen the master plumber was at a job at jersery, but he kept me informed and updated through text msg, he then contacted his cousin tom who is already a plumber to come over. Tom is on time and EXTREMELY professional. he was able to identity the frozen section of the pipe. and the guy wouldnt take a tip. they will definity be my go to Plumbers!!!

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Have called this company four times, set up two different appointments to get an estimate, and they did not show up, deny that they know about the job, and do not call back despite leaving multiple messages. Clearly they are busy enough. Take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
