GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

Rite Plumbing was goode on my office room. They work very polite and thanks the owner.

I was desperate to resolve a plumbing issue and came across Plumbing NYC. I called them and got a prompt response from Donny. Sal, the plumber, then set up a free estimate and detected the leak, and replaced the pipe the very next day.

Tried to schedule an appointment to replace a water meter. Spent over 2 hours going back and forth only to have them say they were too busy to do the job. Waste of time and rude on the phone

In the year 2020, the month of July, GW made two expert service calls. Greg Smith, who was company's technician, was both pleasant and tidy. He fixed the bathroom sink drain that was leaking and replaced the hose bib. In order to finish the previous task, he had to break through the wall. He painstakingly repaired the tile and made the hole as small as possible so that it could be easily replaced. When our sewage pipes backed up on a Saturday night in June 2018, we called this plumbing company, and they came through for us in a big way. Monica was very accommodating and sent a technician out to us right away despite the late hour of our call. Jose was cordial, helpful, and productive. I have nothing but praise for them and will use them again without hesitation. Extremely pleased!

They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.

My aunt Clara had a bad steam heating leak that required immediate attention. Right away I told her to call IMP PLUMBING and speak to Maryann and tell her about the issue.. Maryann dispatched two plumbers that arrived exactly when she said they would at 8:00 am.The two plumbers addressed the problem, they were very professional. Did a great job, and in a few hours they were done . They were very helpful and explained everything to my aunt . If you need Plumbing or Heating service this is it..!

I have a mystery leak which may be causing the floor to buckle, and I asked Fred Smith Plumbing to come and investigate. My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? If they asked, I gave it Well, you're not on the schedule, so you must not have given your CC information. Well, if it's your job to ask for and record that information, then that's your job. And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. They finally came another day, the man who came took ages to install the faucets (charge by the hour), including a half hour toilet break (!) If you're looking for a frustrating place that will keep you waiting for days, then take their time and charge you for that, this is the place. Faucet still leaks, though less. 3 days of waiting.

This is not a responsible business, poor quality, they will go after your money, not your business. They wanted to replace a good boiler because they didn't want to do the dirty work to maintain it. My gas boiler shut off and I tried to get them to fix it (rollout switch was going of due to flame rollout). Two guys came without any tools to inspect my boiler, I thought that they would get me fixed during that appointment. They started the boiler and confirmed flame rollout and checked my chimney if it has draft. Next they told me that I need a new boiler and that they will send me a quote. I waited for a day without response, called them and the lady told me that she will call me right back. I haven't heard from them in a week. They charged me $277 for the initial appointment which lasted about 20 min. So if I relied on them then I would have no heat for at least a week. In the mean time I cleaned the boiler and replaced the rollout switch and it now works fine. Forget this company and use somebody else.

My building manager referred me to Neo Plumbing when I had a leak in my bathroom, I called them and they were able to schedule the plumber the same day. The plumber, Nick was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to find and fix the leak within an hour. Great job, will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I hired RXP based on reviews online. They showed up at the agreed time. The technician who came asked to understand the issue I was having. Gave me options and started working on it, he made sure that I fully understand everything he was doing. Work is clean, professional, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant to chat with and explained the work. I'd use RXP again for sure.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. His name is Smitty in case you have any questions about whom I’m speaking.
