Best Heating System Maintenance in New York NY

John Showed up to repair our toilet, evaluated the situation and gave quote. Ordered part, returned on the day and time he said he would. Ended up coming back on two separate occasions to do the repair but at no fault of his own was unable due to the faulty toilet. He would not take money from me although he had come to our home three times. I would use HUB for any repair work we have in the future and strongly recommend them. Try to find a repair person who will come to your home and not charge you a fee just for making the trip. Integrity counts.

My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

These guys are terrific. They are responsive, courteous and efficient. I had to have them come twice this week for two different issues. Both times, they were able to come the day I called. They solved the problems and are very easy to deal with.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

Choose IMP. IMP Plumbing is about the only honest plumbing company I came across after reaching out to nearly 10 different plumbers. In assessing quality, accountability, pricing, and customer service, IMP can't be beaten.

While I was skeptical of hourly pricing, I had called ahead and sent pictures of the job site beforehand - I needed a P-Trap installed. They agreed it was a small job and it should take an hour max. When things took unexpectedly longer, and when there was a leak after the job was done, they stood by their work and got the job done without any additional cost. All in all I paid just over $300 for labor ($200/hr), parts (~$75), and tax at the time of my job. They also didn't collect any money before the job was DONE. You NEVER see that these days with service providers.

Other companies overcharged or asked for money just to come check the job site out, usually on the order of $100-$300. Just to see the job. Then they give you any arbitrary quote they want, and if you don't like it well money is theirs. It's literally robbery. Others overcharge for parts and labor like crazy. Check my review on Roto-Rooter for example which tried to charge me $900 ($825 for labor and parts + tax). $825 vs. $275. Literally a 3x markup. Robbery.

Also, a lot of companies would charge you for their own issues in managing time, but IMP didn't. These days, there are hardly any companies that are that proud and confident in their workmanship. Moreover, the plumbers there took so much pride in their work, and were so pleasant to work with, that the experience of dealing with the plumbing issues was actually enjoyable.

You can't go wrong with IMP. They are my new go to.

Best plumbing company in town! Responsive, professional and they have the best plumbers. As a building manager I couldnt be happier---when I call them I know they got me covered especially during emergencies.

I'm giving 5 stars because they have integrity in spades. I called another plumbing company and they promised to come but an hour later, I called back and no one could make it. Kew Forest called me back and talked me through shutting off a valve so that they could come during normal business hours to deal with my issue. So grateful we have a company like this that puts customers first and deals with the issue in a timely way to bring peace of mind to their clientele. I cannot express my gratitude. I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

We were referred to JP PLUMBING SEWER & DRAIN because we had a broken and backed-up pitch sewer. Joey arrived knowing exactly what to do and fixed the problem in a few days. It was a very positive experience.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies.
