My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

We had a nasty leak from an upstairs bathroom into a room below. They came out quickly, located the problem, and fixed the problem in record time.

The best service ever!! I needed to find a plumber because our toilet and tub were clogged. Because of the weather, another company was trying to get me scheduled four days in advance. When I called this company at 7 o'clock in the evening, I was told that someone could be at my house as early as 9 o'clock the following morning. The serviceman who came out, Jose, did a fantastic job. I'm relieved it was fixed. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Everyone I dealt with, from the scheduling agent on the phone to the technician who came to our home, exceeded my expectations.

Old Brooklyn Brownstones can be difficult for most plumbers. All the plumbers that have ever come to this building were good, but a few have been exceptional. Over two weeks, IMP’s plumber ruled out and fixed any issues that could have caused minor leaks.

The leak over someone’s oven, however, began to escalate and the source appeared to be major. More extensive work had to be done than originally thought and the IMP plumber addressed that situation expertly and efficiently. The plumber and his assistant worked tirelessly and he was considerate enough to leave me in an operational setting afterwards, which I did not think was possible! This plumber is exceptional. I would tell you his name, but IMP knows and since we probably will eventually need a plumber again; I don’t want him to be too busy … THANK YOU!

Smelling gas presented in my basement. This company plumber came & told me gas was leaking from the gas meter box where it was connected to the furnace gas pipe. The plumber cut the pipe with the saw that vibrated vigorously, plugged the connected hole on the meter and did not reconnect the furnace pipe to the meter. I paid $300.00 for that sloppy job. The plumber told me he will follow up on that pipe, but he never came.
Next day, i smelled some vague gas. I ignored it because there maybe some leftover gas. But the gas smell got stronger and stronger, i had to open all windows even the weather was around 29 to 39 degree.
After a week i called them back to complain. The plumbers came. They told me there was a leak on the gas meter where the meter corner almost touched the cement wall step ( I guess that happened because of the vigorously vibration when they cut the pipe, it make the meter got bump the the wall step.) The plumbers left without shutting off my gas . It was careless and unprofessional !. The pipe to my furnace is still hanging loosely on the basement ceiling. Now they mail a charge of $138.00 for this service !!!!
I don't know what service is this???
Do you think they should give back my $300.00 instead of billing me $138.00 ?

My shower was not getting hot water and Neo Plumbing helped repair the shower and install new temperature-controlled handle. They came and fixed it the same day since it was an emergency for me. The plumber was very professional and polite.

Rafael and his coworker were on time, professional, COVID SAFE, and gave me multiple options on how to fix the pipe. After he gave his expert opinion, they quickly fixed the broken pipe. I hired RXP based on reviews online. They showed up at the agreed time. The technician who came asked to understand the issue I was having. Gave me options and started working on it, he made sure that I fully understand everything he was doing. Work is clean, professional, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant to chat with and explained the work. I'd use RXP again for sure.

I had a bathroom faucet that had completely seized up. Mike responded very quickly to my message and was able to fit me in the next day. He was right on time, professional, took all safety precautions and was able to fix the faucet saving me having to replace the whole thing. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a plumber!

I must say we were with smith Plumbing for 40 years and in the last month they canceled there appt with us 5 times and kept giving us other days and times that they never showed up to. every time we called no one knew anything. This is so disappointing after 40 years to call us and tell us they NO longer work with small businesses. I remember when they were a small business. SHAME ON THEM.

TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!
