GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

We had a leaky toilet, booked an appointment online the tech came the following day and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic service! I had a (non emergency) toilet issue. RP finshed insurance, came by within 24hrs, diagnosed, gave me a quote, got materials and finished the install within the hour. Friendly and pleasant all the way through. Will definitely be returning for my future plumbing needs.

For the replacement of our water heater, we used this service, Plumbung. From the time we called for a quote until the installation was finished, less than 24 hours had passed. Roy was on time, friendly, and extremely professional. I'll use this business once more without a doubt.

Although there was a large bottleneck in the kitchen, three guys were moving. Everyone did a great job and was very clear about when they would arrive. There aren't many things I can compare it to, but I believed the price was fair considering the amount of labour involved.

Ryan is now serving in that role. He was very accommodating to our requests and questions. Polite and competent best describe him. The mess was cleared out once he finished.

This entire response from Fred Smith is a lie. They are lying. I have phone records and emails to prove that they never showed up. They didn't come toward the end of the window and didn't have access... They NEVER came. They never called to even GIVE me a window the first day. I called THEM to find out the window, and both days, they never showed. I called them both days after the window closed to tell them I had to leave for work. Then, after 2 no shows Monday and Tuesday, they emailed to say the job wasn't worth their time. Exact words all our gas guys are busy taken on larger gas jobs and right now we don’t have the man power to correct your issues... Even AFTER that email, informing we they were passing on the job, somebody called me on Wednesday saying he was in the area. Obviously, that was never scheduled since they already passed on taking the job. They are completely incompetent and unable to handle the rigors of city work. Do not use. Unreliable, not timely and apparently now liars. DO NOT USE!

Spoke to them last week, both via email and phone. They said they'll come by Monday or Tuesday this week, but they'll call Monday morning to confirm a time.

Well, Monday rolls around and no call. So I call them. They say I'm next on the schedule and will be at my place shortly. I inform them I have to leave for work soon and they say absolutely will be there shortly. I call work and tell them I'll be late, hopefully in around noon. Of course, noon comes and goes and no show. I call. They don't apologize. They say they'll have someone come Tuesday before noon for sure

So, I call work and apologize, tell them I'll be in late on Tuesday as well. I bet you can guess what happens next... Noon on Tuesday rolls around, nobody shows up. I call. They transfer me to 4 different people, nobody takes responsibility. Nobody apologizes. Nobody has any answers. All push me off to someone else. Nobody helps but they promise someone will call shortly to reschedule.

Hours later, they send an email (rather than calling, like they said they would, since they were probably too afraid to speak with me after they kept screwing up) saying the job is too small and not worth their time to do... A determination they made without ever coming to my home!?

Never use them. Unprofessional. Never once apologized for wasting my time.

Bargain plumbing and NY Heating Corp are WAY better (and more affordable).

Expensive and try to charge me twice call, to find out why we will call back still waiting for an apology. Facet that was installed doesn't go with my sink

Quick response they were able to have a plumber come out and install a new gas stove. The mechanic was quick and very nice.

I have been dealing with Plumbers for the last 35 years. I finally can rest assured that they will do the right thing and at anytime of the day or night. I have owned several properties large and small and I now can feel comfortable making the call and having the issue resolved. Paul, the ladies in the office and Tommy have all been great. The knowledge that Paul has and the ability to pinpoint the issue is remarkable . I call and the ladies in the office always have a friendly response. When you get to the field, Tommy is the man. I would mention the other guys, but I forgot their names. Not their professional work, only that I forgot their names, sorry guys.

Very professional start to end. The scheduling process was seamless, job was well done, and their pricing was fair. Would recommend.

Mike and his team, Oshane and Adonis installed several split units for me. Start to finish the service was great. Oshane and Adonis went above and beyond - work was done well and in a timely manner. AND they were neat. Enjoyed having them.
