I was very satisfied with the effort of Greenwich Plumbing Care. I called them immediately after we discovered that our sink has gone clogged and they responded quickly. What an impressive company!

We needed a plumber at 3 o'clock in the morning for a major main water leak outside. We did an quick search and made the call. They were extremely responsive and it turned out to be a complicated problem that they were able to fix.

A little annoyed that the part that was needed wasn't in their inventory and not available at any stores, but such is life when it comes to plumbing. The plumber + apprentice were knowledgeable and identified the issue rapidly. Upon return from trying to acquire the part, they re-assembled the toilet and got it back to working order. Travel time was capped and I was billed only for the initial hour.

While I'm not super eager to have to pay for another visit, I'll be very happy to use these guys again and to recommend their services.

The communication and responsiveness were first-rate, and the job performed well and in a most timely fashion.

Harry was also very generous with his time at the site in assessing an unrelated boiler room issue I brought up. He instilled confidence in me that he'll be a good fit for that job. I look forward to working with him in the very near future.

Raymond was on time and very responsive. I just spoke to him yesterday over the phone and I zelled him money to buy all necessary materials and he bought everything and he gave me a receipt. He is a homest and reliable person.He came to my and installed a hose into the back my dryer and then into the pipe in the wall.He is very competent and knowledgeable.He is very experienced he knows his job and he does his job well.

Patrick knew exactly the source of the leak and fixed it promptly. He cleaned up as if he was never there. He displayed fantastic business integrity and I appreciate that he is customer oriented and a man of his word.

The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn’t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn’t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!

Our water heater broke on a Sunday. Arsen was busy on a job but gave us a clear estimate when he could come by later that day. He called to confirm. Great communication, quality work, knowledgeable and professional and I would use them again.

Just terrible technician, over priced, unprofessional

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
