Best Boiler Service/Repair in New York NY

John Showed up to repair our toilet, evaluated the situation and gave quote. Ordered part, returned on the day and time he said he would. Ended up coming back on two separate occasions to do the repair but at no fault of his own was unable due to the faulty toilet. He would not take money from me although he had come to our home three times. I would use HUB for any repair work we have in the future and strongly recommend them. Try to find a repair person who will come to your home and not charge you a fee just for making the trip. Integrity counts.

I called Harris Plumbing in mid October to get a quote on converting from oil to natural gas heat. The job entailed replacing the very old steam boiler that had stopped working along with the leaking hot water heater. They sent Tony who assessed the job and listened to my concerns so that I felt very comfortable working with them. Upon signing the contract they scheduled a crew to start the work within a few days. And their crews did an excellent job. All permits and approvals were obtained and NYC DOB inspected the work and signed off on the work. Terrific team work!

Holiday emergency and Ariel services were prompt, took the time to explain the issue and fixed it as quickly as possible!!! So glad we found them!

The plumbers arrived on time, were cordial, diligent, and knowledgeable. They have now performed two significant plumbing jobs and one smaller one while they were here, and each time they did a fantastic job.

Really great plumbing company! I had an emergency leak that was flooding my apartment at 5:30 in the morning. Neo Plumbing was the only plumbing company that took my call. We had a video call and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and sent a plumber over later that morning. I highly recommend!

you decide. 4 ton compressor is not cooling properly. Vigilante -tech Robert diagnoses the unit needs to be cleaned, filter, coils and then the filter drier replaced- Total $ 1953.22 after he tell me he does the work, I pay him he tells me oh there is another problem the piston is to big so the unit will not work until you fix this for $ 1998.00. I feel so victimized - the same as if they held a gun to steal from you. When I spoke with the officethey think this is ok.The coils were not cleaned I had to have another company clean them.this is not over yet, but you should look somewhere else for a company with integrity - there is non here.

Chris from MKC Plumbing & Heating is a gem — a craftsperson who takes pride in his work, is honest and fair-priced, cares about the quality of his work, and miraculously appears in a timely fashion! I first called Chris to replace my sink and 30 yr old constantly running kitchen faucet, broken sprayer and water filter. When he appeared, I also gave him a surprise list of about 8 other small repairs that needed doing. He went over to Home Depot, sent me photos to choose my new sink/faucet system, picked up whatever else he needed and came back to do 5 hours of solid work. As it happened, I called him on the last day of his vacation and he dropped what he was doing to take care of my job. A couple of minor things needed fine-tuning and he came back the next day even though we are a half hour away from him. He was good natured, didn't complain, and returned to make everything perfect! From now on, when I have plumbing issues, I will be calling Chris. I highly recommend him for honest, top-notch, reasonably priced plumbing work!

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.

Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.
