I am a return customer and recently had a plumbing issue. At first I thought about calling another plumber that a neighbor recommended. But then I thought, why would I since the service from RR was so good in the past. So, I did. From the call to make the appointment, to the confirming emails and then technician, Chris Parisi calling to (30min ahead of scheduled appt.) see if it was a good time to come by, the experience was seamless. Chris did a great job of showing and explaining what he was going to do to try and resolve the issue. As in true form from the past, my plumbing issue was fixed—within about 30min.Proving once again, the RR is reliable, honest and professional.

I would highly recommend their plumbing service to friends. They are the real deal if you're looking for quality and affordability in the area. Plumbing NYC should be who you contact for plumbing services.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! I came upon HBNY Plumbing & Heating's website on Google after the plumbing company I had an appointment with today cancelled for the second time. I spoke with Harry personally and he gave me an appointment for this evening. He came on time and he explained everything about the new Local 152 inspections.
He explained the report he would be filing and gave me pointers on what I can do to protect my gas lines.
The fact that he made an appointment the same day I called, the price was reasonable, he was on time, and explained everything, made me feel more at ease with the process.

Although there was a large bottleneck in the kitchen, three guys were moving. Everyone did a great job and was very clear about when they would arrive. There aren't many things I can compare it to, but I believed the price was fair considering the amount of labour involved.

I recently had a new boiler installed by Danny & Jason, which was a very extensive project. Both Danny & Jason worked diligently for 12 hours straight to make sure that my new heating system was running perfectly by the time they left. They walked me through all the controls and all the Maintenace procedures. Not to mention they were extremely neat and clean!

I had a clogged drain in my restaurant and needed immediate service. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled the plumber to come in 1 hour. The plumber, Nick arrived on time with a big machine and cleared up the clogged drain in 30 min. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing problems.

Joseph did a great job with repair and maintenance on our high efficiency gas boiler. A few other plumbers who we called would not touch it. Will use them again.

Vuksani Plumbing is my go to plumber for the apartments i manage, and they are amazing. They are responsive, show up when they are supposed to, do the work quickly and are fully insured. I have used them for at least 4 apartments now, including repairing a leaking toilet, replacing a 50 year old shower valve and unclogging a shower drain. They are very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend them!
