I called on a Sunday afternoon and roto-rooter quickly scheduled a plumber for later that same evening. The scheduling office was very friendly and called back several times to give updates on the plumber's arrival time. The plumber was knowledgeable and worked very quickly to clear our drains. The cost was a little on the high side, but given the Sunday evening quick turn around time, we were okay with it. I will use them again!

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed

Although there was a large bottleneck in the kitchen, three guys were moving. Everyone did a great job and was very clear about when they would arrive. There aren't many things I can compare it to, but I believed the price was fair considering the amount of labour involved.

We had called in three different plumbers, but he was the only one who recommended emptying out the drain (which actually did the trick) rather than rebuilding the pipes. Now that our sink drains properly, we were able to save 10% compared to what it would have cost us had we followed the advice of the other plumbers.??

Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have. With mechanics, electricians, plumbers and similar skilled technicians, one is always taking a chance. Trust me that you will not be sorry you took a chance on Jack. Unreliable, unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I called on Monday and made a appointment ( service call) for Wednesday 9am it all went smoothly. On Wednesday I called them at around quarter to 10am to make sure we was still scheduled for the service call, the receptionist sounded like she had no idea of the appointment she placed me on hold for a couple of minutes and after the brief hold she tells me that she had a hard time getting in contact with the guys in the van and that she’ll call me back once she gets in contact with them. She calls me back around 10am and told me that all of the guys are handling a emergency call and that she will call me to let me know when they are able to show up. I didn’t hear from her again up until the driver called me at 2pm saying that he was outside and he wasn’t, I called him back 3 times and he didn’t answer the phone so I decided to call the office and let them know what’s going on and at that point I was disappointed on how this whole experience turned out I tried making a later appointment so I wouldn’t of had to miss a day of work and they couldn’t schedule me for that time but the plumber ended up getting there at around 3pm I could have went to work and never missed out on a days work. I sent them back because I’m not going pay them $250 a hour which clearly they did not deserve. The whole experience could have been handled differently but they really just didn’t care which makes it even more disappointing.

My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled to come and replace it the next day. They recommended a good water heater,
picked it up from the supplier and brought it to my home without any extra charge. They replaced the water heater and took care of disposing of the old one.

Had some drain issues with the recent rains, and JP was there within a few hours. Took care of it and was easy to work with. Gave me great service will work again with him anytime.

These gentleman were able to quote me and come out and replace my water heater in the same day! Super responsive, friendly and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
