Dion was professional and helpful. He explained what he thought was the issue. He attacked the problem and kept at it to make sure he’d done all that could be done. We appreciate his work.

Avoid this company at all costs. At Lowes, I scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for a tankless water heater installation with Pete’s. The appointment was scheduled from 5-6pm the same day, but then they called me and asked to make it for 8-12pm the next day. 4 hour window when I originally had a 1 hour window. But I agreed and took off work and waited for them. I asked the company if they could come closer to 8am and they said yes. By 9:30, no one had arrived so I called for an update. Connie said she would ask the plumber to come by 10. At 10:20, he still hadn’t arrived so I asked her You need to compensate me immediately. It’s been over a year and if I pursue legal action I will do everything I can to make sure Cox terminates their entire agreement with TNT. I work in economic development and am connected to Cox executives. an update. She said he would arrive in 20 minutes (which would be 10:40). Apparently he arrived at 10:32 but I was in the bathroom. I called back at 10:40 (8 minutes later) and asked if he could come back and was told no because he is busy, which I understand, but so am I. I took a half day from work to wait three hours for him to arrive. They then rescheduled for 8-12pm the next day, but after seeing the low star review I left (without a comment) they called and said they weren’t coming at all. I explained that 3 stars could become 5 depending on how the appointment goes. Their response was nope, we’re not coming. So now it’s a 1 star review with details.
Lowes also said the charge was $350, while Pete’s says they start at $799 for tankless water heater installs. Not sure why there’s a discrepancy but either way, they need to make Lowes aware of their minimum.

They were early, fast and efficient! Best shower I have had in 20 years! He not only fixed my leaking shower but the water pressure is better than it was the day I moved in. Thanks Ray. You are the 👌

Contacted Blair Plumbing after receiving three other estimates to reroute a water line. Chris came out and completed a THOROUGH assessment of the issue and provided an alternative means of rerouting the water line. This was a key factor in my decision to hire Blair Plumbing as the alternative method of rerouting the line accommodated my constraints. The overall reroute was successful, the price was extremely reasonable, and what was most impressive was Chris' commitment to customer satisfaction and his desire to provide quality service. I highly recommend Blair Plumbing!
