Best Plumbing New Construction in New Orleans LA

First, this review is long overdue, my apologies. Michael came and serviced my AC about a month ago. It was blowing but just not cool enough to overcome the heat. Michael arrived on time as scheduled. Michael was very personable and took his time to explain what was going on with my system. Turns out I had a bad capacitor. He replaced the part and I was all set! In and out in about 30 mins. The house was cooling before he even left. Two thumbs up!! AND I was able to get serviced the same day I called. I will be contacting Surgi's for all my future HVAC needs.

My calls have always been non-emergency requests, but appointments have always been available within 48 hours and their prices are reasonable. Anyone from the company I've spoken to - whether scheduling, billing, or the actual technician - have always been respectful and a professional.

Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.
