Roto-Rooter did a great job, toilet blockage took three visits and wound up with a camera - sewer auger after removing toilet. Line cleared after a significant amount of work. All three workers were knowledgeable and communicative. Specially helpful was Jeff Slater, who did the final camera - auger work.

February 2022 update: we had a problem with the hot water heater making a loud noise after our new post-Ida roof was installed. We called Pete's and made an appointment for the very next day. David showed up promptly, made his way to the attic, and within 5 seconds he shouted, I see what the problem is. It turns out that the roofer had moved the exhaust pipe when re-doing the roof and managed to disconnect the pipe from the hot water heater. David took about 90 seconds to re-connect the exhaust pipe. We tested it and no more loud noises. And because we were within our year warranty, there was no charge.

The total time David spent in our house to completely fix the issue was less than 5 minutes. Now that is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You can't get better than that and you can't get a better plumbing service than Pete's.

March 2021: our plumber John from Pete’s was incredibly patient explaining the intricacies of the new tank-less hot water heater installed yesterday. John arrived on time and performed an expert installation.

The entire experience has made us new loyal Pete’s clients.

Looking for a new plumber and figure I would try them out. Painter found a leak, Sunday night, called Monday morning, and by 2:30 the work was done and under the estimate. Leak was in the attic and so far things are going well. I will definitely be calling them again. Fast, professional, and with reasonable prices, it is all I want from a plumber.

David and Kane did everything work. They were professional, quick, and nice to or dog. We we definitely use Binvenue Bros again.

Tom's Plumbing and Drain Service is one of the best plumbers in my area. Almost everyone knows them and have been using their plumbing services ever since I can remember. I can also say that if you need water drainage service in New Orleans, they are the ones to call as they are quick and efficient at their job.

Big Mike, Sal and Son Mike Saia were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. We kept getting the run around from a plumbing contractor that was assigned to the plumbing portion of our renovation. After one excuse after the next, we called Saia plumbing. They were extremely responsive, quick to give an estimate, scheduled the job promptly and followed through on their word. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
