I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. They will treat you right and very courteous with any questions you may have. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!!

Met with Scott earlier today for a quote on a water heater. The expertise was dripping off of him like the water dripping off of my buster tank heater. It was like he could smell what I needed. His X-ray vision could see the amount of corrosion loaded in my pipes.Jokes aside, Scott was prompt professional and very knowledgeable.Will leave another review of the work once it’s done.

Walter is the man! I don’t know how long I’ve been working with him, but he handles all of my plumbing needs. I don’t bother calling anyone else. I KNOW the job is going to be done right and at a fair cost. The first time I met him I asked him how he came up with the name Constructive Ministries. He said the Holy Spirit gave it to him. There’s a story behind it, so ask him to tell you the story one day. I’ve been working with him ever since.

Walter is humble, steady, professional and a pleasure to work with. He provides all of details so that you are well-informed about what needs to be fixed. He even provides the cost or estimate up front with no shenanigans. As a matter of fact, he’s been here all day working on a number of items. He’s been to Lowes twice and some parts store in Kenner trying to find the right part(s), and I live in Gentilly. Not exactly a hop, skip and a jump away.

I’m so appreciative of his services that I had to share my experience.

I had a drainage problem with the drainage hose for my washer machine. Roy came out on time, talked about the problem, explained what it is and fixed it. Before leaving he tested it out 3xs to make sure the issue was fixed. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I am pleased👍🏼 Now I can ditch the buckets and wash in peace

I spoke with Mike about an issue with a rental property and even though I have not used his services yet, he spent a good deal of time helping me find a solution to the problem. I would not hesitate to contact him again for my plumbing needs.

I called Mr. Lenny Herbert because the Kitchen drain was clogged on my rental house. I asked him to unclog the drain and also about video inspecting (which cost $250). I live in Houston so I could not see the problem that my tenant was having in New Orleans. Lots of companies try to take avantage of this but NOT Mr. Herbert. He was very honest with me and told me that paying the $250 for a video inspection was not needed after he unclogged the drain. I saved his number in my cell because any other problems that I have I will be sure to call Mr. Hebert again. I am very happy to find a honest business man that cares more about doing the right thing than milking customers for money. I would recommend Herbert Drain Cleaning to everyone I know.
