I have used Turbo for my HVAC system and plumbing issues. Both times the work was extraordinary, the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the costs were low. Highly recommended.

I was having a problem with hot water heater not getting hot water i called mid week and was given a appointment for friday between 3:30 and 4:30 at 4:30 i called because no one had arrived i got a answering machine i left a message with no response a no call no show can't even rate one star

Woody and Dillon was efficient and friendly though professional. They cleaned behind themselves and also dirt and debris left from the prior tenants behind the washer machine. They're work was impeccable even without the wet vac or white tape. The wet vac and white tape would have top the entire job as Perfection...but I'll settle for 98.5! ***Still they get 5 stars!!!

I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the young lady who answered was beyond rude. She was overly frustrated because i asked questions. Maybe if i had spoken to someone else my experience would have been better with this company

The service from Roto-Rooter was exceptional! They came within the time window quoted, kept me updated, & dispatch contacted me when the plumber was on his way. They actually came out the same day I called. Nicholas A. was extremely professional, explained the process, kept me updated, worked hard & cleaned the workspace when he had completed the issue. He patiently broke up the clogs & followed all safety protocols. Wonderful company! If you need great service, don’t hesitate to call!

We paid over 300 hundred and we still have a leak. With a strange faucet. The plumber that came out didn’t know what kind of faucet we had on and bought this. Needed this fixed installing sprinklers.

We called these people on 25 August. They did not call us back until 15 September.

A different blocked toilet plumber declined to accept the job so we were relieved to find this one. The technician, however, was able to complete the repair in under half an hour.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
