Tony and his team were spot on when it came to identifying and repairing the low water pressure in my shower. While others suggested that expensive and extensive repairs were needed, Tony was able to quickly identify the most likely cause (a broken diverter and faulty cartridge) and recommended we try to fix those first and then consider more extensive options if it didn't work.
