Mr. Moret came out promptly and confirmed that a leak existed between the water meter and the water shut-off at my house. He explained that other underground leaks could exist beyond the shut-off, but that the 1st step would be to fix the certain leak. After providing me with a written quote and subsequent contract, he scheduled a date for the replacement of the meter to house line. The repair and inspection were completed in about 6 hours on the scheduled date. No further leaks were found.

I like this company. I call them double R--kinda like 007 (double-O-seven). Some time ago, another company, came out to fix a leak between the spout and shower head in our bathroom. When that guy left, our problem was only partially solved and whenever we turned on the shower, water would come from both the shower head and the tub's spout. Since the other company had messed up one too many times, I decided to replace them with Roto Rooter. Best decision yet! This was my third time using RR and I get more impressed each time they come out. Derek #3416 corrected the problem right away (cheap price) And he even strapped the loose water hoses (free of charge), to the wood in our closet. These guys are friendly and professional they never leave trash behind--like the other company used to do. They always leave you with good maintenance advice too! The competitors can't compete!

I called Bertucci Bros. this morning because I flushed my toilet and the water backed up in to my bathtub, water was also coming from under the toilet which almost flooded my bathroom. The response time was AMAZING...!!! A plumber was at my house in less than 3 hours. Upon looking at my plumbing problem he discovered a pipe under my house had separated. He had to dig some to repair the separated pipe and snake the main drain line to clear the clog. Total time at my home was less than 3 hours...!!! And the cost was extremely reasonable. The plumber was courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will only call Bertucci Bros. from now on. This company is 1st rate...!!!👍

I called about a faucet leak in the tub and sink. The first team came out and said I need a shower valve. He didn't have the one I needed, it had to be ordered. He turned the hot water off for the weekend. The next team came out, didn't have the valve, didn't know one was ordered, had to leave to get the valve. Came back, said it was going to need modifications not covered by American Home Shield (extra $550). But he would have to come back. He did fix the leak in the sink, but made it so hard to turn on and off my wife couldn't do it. He capped the pipe in the tub so that we could have hot water again. The 3rd person came out, this one was able to change the valve and it did take a lot of work and he had to cut through 3 walls. He also fixed the tight sink fixtures. The next time we used the tub it wouldn't drain. I called and they said they would not have let any of the gunk from cutting through the walls and pipes go down the drain so they are not responsible unless I want to pay for another service call. He asked if I saw him stop it up. All I know is it drained fine before he came and didn't once he left. The manager denies that would happen.

Got Acadian as a recommendation from Bevolo as part of a gas lamp install for my home and have been impressed enough to use them for additional plumbing needs. They are responsive, punctual, and reasonably-priced.

The owner, Mike, and his crew-- Drew and Craig-- were responsive, professional, and wanted to help us quickly. Price was reasonable, we were given accurate quotes, and the guys that did the work were even here on a Saturday to help us. Very kind, polite, and got the job done. We will be using them again.
