All I can say is that Michael made a terrible situation bearable. He was timely, and friendly, and more than once went out of his way to accommodate us. I’d recommend him in a heart beat! He answers his phone and returns calls and has tons of experience.

My insurance company sent these folks to my house to check on a leak. The tech was nice enough and said he had to gain entry to the ceiling to figure out which pipe was leaking. I told him that was fine but I wanted to check my coverage with the insurance company. Well, he left indicating he didn't have time to wait and Mister Plumber FALSELY filed with the insurance company that my ceiling was made of wood. Luckily, a second company was dispatched and it will be cleared up. Do NOT do business with this company.
