Very positive experience overall, the plumber took time to explain everything he was checking and why and what to look for to prevent issues. He was able to immediately address a couple of issues that he did find and the timing and pricing was very reasonable.

For all three service appts, the repairmen arrived on time or early and called beforehand, were very pleasant and respectful, and were knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough, yet efficient. Never felt like they were trying to sell me the most expensive equipment or service/maintenance contracts, as I've felt from most other HVAC companies in the past. A trustworthy HVAC company I'd recommend without hesitation.
