I called Frog Heating, Air, and Electrical at 6:30 AM after the downstairs heater stopped working. O spoke with a very pleasant woman who told me to expect a repairman between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. It was also explained that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the repairman's arrival.With many other service providers, what is explained to you and what actually happens are two different things. That wasn't the case with Frog. Everything they said would happen did happen (in fact, the repairman was at my home at 8:00 AM!)The repairman, Josh, was very professional and was quick to find and resolve the issue. He took the time and had the patience to answer my questions and provided an understandable explanation of what he was doing which I appreciate. The service charge was also reasonable with no surprises.Frog appears to understand what it takes to provide good service. Experiences like this one reinforce this statement.
