Ashlee from AirTemp came out and diligently tested each floor of our zoned HVAC system (4 floor townhouse) to figure out exactly what the problem was, got on the phone with the warranty company, and tried to help us get the repair covered. Ashlee explained everything to me clearly and multiple times (lol) to make sure I understood, and charged us a fair price for the labor and materials.
