I have used Lee Company for almost 30 years. The technicians are all polite, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Tom, who came me yesterday, was no different.

Don’t know what’s wrong with these people, but the guy I saw had a horrible attitude. Very rude people. Don’t recommend.

Twice now Jewell Mechanical has provided OUTSTANDING service. I can't rave enough. The first time they saved us roughly $1500 compared to another provider who diagnosed the issue incorrectly. So glad I called / met them for the 2nd opinion. The second time they went ABOVE and BEYOND what I would have expected to make a strange problem correct -- without killing us on the price. Very, very impressed with the quality and the ethical way in which they've done business with us.
