They were incredible. On time, polite, and very professional. I have a tankless water heater, and I've found many plumbers are fully knowledgable with the new setups, but these guys knew it all. Highly recommend!

We had 3 electrical tasks for the electrician to do and Ron did them professionally and efficiently. We also signed up for the Lee Company home maintenance program which saved us money on this job.

Our A/C went out mid January when it went from warm to cold. Another company came out and said it’d be at least 8 weeks on the part (as of April, they still don’t have it). Lee came out (James was the technician) and found that the only problem was a wire that a rat had chewed through. He was extremely sociable, good with the dogs, and had the A/C fixed that day. Probably saved us hundreds of dollars and I had cool air before he left. If anything, Lee needs to add a place for tips for this kind of service. Big thanks to Lee and especially James!

So thankful Doctor Drips was able to come to our rescue within a matter of hours of notifying them of an emergency leak in our old water heater. Great service, and quick and easy installation of the new one!

Jason and his crew installed a new super-efficient Mitsubishi heat pump in our 1925 home in East Nashville and they did fantastic work. Their pricing was right in line with another quote I received and they were very respectful, clean, and communicative during installation. They were also diligent about wearing masks in the middle of COVID which was greatly appreciated because we have a newborn and mother-in-law living with us. We’re thrilled with the new unit and highly recommend MCH!
