I can't say enough good things about the excellent quality of work and professionalism displayed by the TJK employees. Daniel M was at my home on March 26 to unclog a floor drain in my basement utility room. On March 27 Josh was here to replace an old toilet that kept running. On April 29 Brad J. was here to repair some leaky piping in the basement and Brad was back on May 4 to replace my 12 year old leaking water heater with a new one. Each of them gave thorough explanations of work needing to be done and was patient with my questions. I highly recommend TJK for any plumbing concern!

We first went to LeVahn Bros about a year ago when the flush valve on our toilet broke. It's an older toilet and we were having trouble finding the part. When my husband walked in, they knew right away what kind of toilet we had and were able to help us get the part fairly cheap and instructions on installation. Recently we went back again, as our toilet tank broke and we needed to replace it. They were able to refer us to a salvage yard that had the tank! They also walked us through installation and helped us weigh the pros and cons of replacing the whole toilet. Chris was especially helpful. Even though they didn't make that much money off of us, their friendly customer service and knowledge was above and beyond what we expected. Would 100% recommend for plumbing needs - they will always be our first go to!

Never use this company. $275 service to tell me I need a new A/C unit. Come to find out I needed refrigerant. These big companies just want to steal people’s money by manipulating them. Go with a local company for HVAC service as they’ll be honest and transparent with you.

Adam from TJK arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He quickly and professionally installed the new water heater at the quoted price. All this on a holiday weekend, 5 Star.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
