I needed a diagnostic on some pressure drops in my water system, as well as a new water heater install. From the initial phone call to the end of the install, I felt that the process was painless and that all communication was honest and transparent regarding the work that might need to be done and what it might cost. Jaron & Tim showed up to do the diagnosis and install, were extremely pleasant to work with, clear in all communication, and understood the exact concerns I had with my plumbing problems. The work looks good after the fact, and Jaron suggested some things that may need to be looked at down the road, with a good faith estimate. I will not hesitate to call Erik Nelson Plumbing again, as I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Would have been 4 stars but they fixed their mistakes so I'm happy! I had a new home Carrier furnace put in and garage heater installed and vented. This was done in Dec of 2018. The main regulator was verbally said to be replaced on the home furnace but not written in the contract. one year later when they came out for the free 1yr inspection they detected a leak in the regulator. I asked them to replace it at their cost and they did, I wasn't expecting that since I had no paper proof of that being part of the deal. I also had an independent roofer tell me the flashing and venting for the garage heater was not caulked/sealed or fastened to the roof, MSP also fixed that at the same time. Overall I'm happy with the price I paid and I'm happy that they upheld their verbal contract. I spend my time interviewing 9 companies to do the work and MSP was by far the one I felt the most confident in. Knowing that they stand by their work is refreshing.

They priced the job fairly. Came in right at it. Were very professional. Kind and easy to talk with. Quick work. Nice clean up. Willing to talk about the work and home. What else could you ask for. I recommend. Fair pricing.
