My partner Cat and I needed a new water heater since our old one was leaking everywhere! Roy from Erickson came to replace the old one with the new one. We rent our townhouse and as far as maintenance goes we don't always receive the best customer service the maintenance usually leave their shoes on, make messes that we end up cleaning, and over all just seem bothered by any questions we may have!
So having Roy in our home today was Amazing! We felt free to ask any questions we had which Roy was able to answer, he laid down tarps to walk in and out of our house, and left our place cleaner than he found it! And we keep a clean house! Roy was really nice and his customer service was outstanding, my partner and I would both choose to have Roy back for all our Erickson needs! We will be making sure to ask for Roy every time and so should you!

Mou & Nel replaced a water heater for us and did an excellent job! They were efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)

I contacted Cichy's as we were told by another plumber that our 90 year old sewer line was in poor condition and we needed a liner. Our neighbor used Cichy's for a job at their home and spoke highly of them so we opted to get a second opinion. Not only were they extremely responsive, but Jessica and Mark made it a point to squeeze us in quickly. Within a few days Mark was over to run a camera and give us an estimate and we learned our sewer line was in great condition and not in need of any repair. Not only would I hands down recommend this company to complete any sewer repair work, but they're also good honest people.

I used their contact us form and submitted all my information for a project and have gotten zero response. No email or phone call.

Paid 250 bucks to have a clogged drain cleaned to the city street, they gave up half way through. Say they cant fix it and give me a quote for a 4 grand high pressure jet to blast the stuff out.This is a common trick used by companies to grift you out of money. I called a smaller company my friend recommended and they cleared the line for 150 dollars. I paid 250 dollars to learn a lesson. I will never use Ben Franklin again. And I recommend you don't.

Was referred to Richfield Plumbing. Haven't used their services just yet but when looking at reviews I got irritated. There are a few negative reviews from people that have never once used their services.

i.e. Corvettes are overpriced terrible cars. (I've never owned or even driven a Corvette.)
