Best Regular Maintenance in Minneapolis MN

Receptionist called and said they had a cancelation for today. Russ called and arrived on time. Worked quickly and noticed a possible problem with our AC to watch this summer. Reminded us we're under warranty. YAYYY. A pleasure to work with!

According to the reviews, excellent service. I would have loved to find out first hand but the person answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Pablo and his team are second to no one–very friendly, super knowledgeable, extremely efficient, totally reliable, and very fair in cost. As busy as Right Away is, Pablo made us feel like we are his top customer on both of his visits. Pablo/Right Away will always be our first call. He should be yours, too!

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

And yes I’d highly recommend them to friends and family!

MSP called me twice to reschedule a furnace tuneup with the reason that their professionals had run into unexpected repair needs. This was the same reason stated in October and then today. The same person called me to cancel my appointment and had no record of my previous appointment or call that he made to cancel. I think they just got too busy with their fall tuneup promotion and couldn't service folks with their current staffing levels. This is just a guess on my part but I have not ever had this experience before. Needless to say I canceled my service needs with them as I do not feel they are reliable and I cannot restructure my days anymore.

Stay far away from this business. Amateurs who will try to overcharge you and not provide a professional service, like they did when I hired them.

Only reason why I am giving them 1 star, is because I'm not sure if they are still in business. Number is disconnected. Scheduled an appt through their website and no one showed up. Even though I received a confirmation that someone would be coming. They did previous work for me. Same day service and solved my problem. They are great to work with and I was hoping to work with them again.

Sabastain and Sons plumbing got a great service. They provided us a really reasonable price and we satisfied with their service.
