Erickson's price was half the price of a well-known competitor. Our water heater started leaking the day before a 2-week vacation. While they couldn't replace it the same day, they came into our house and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. The new water heater is great! They kept in touch and updated us. Very friendly staff.
Our circuit breaker apparently wasn't working correctly when the new water heater was installed. The Erickson's technician called an electrician to correct the problem and didn't charge us because we had a lot going on in our lives and he thought we didn't need any more stress. What a great company - not many places would do that! I'm glad we hired them and I would hire them again. Five stars! I'd give them more if that were an option.

I called Genz Ryan for coming out to clear a drain. Gary was on time and worked with me to make sure I was taken care of. He was very professional and courteous.

Couldn't be more satisfied. Had a pipe leak, called Dean's, they were able to make it same day. Tim was the greatest, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, repair completed in record time. Best customer service ever. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Tim and Dean's!
