I didn't have a problem so much as wanting to be proactive with a main drain cleaning (not something you think about much to be honest until it's too late). Called Twin Cities Rooter because of the $95 Drain Deal. Brian showed up and was courteous, professional, social and went straight to work after asking a few questions. He was great! I wish I had more plumbing needs! Basically a hair over an hour from start to finish. Only extra cost was to replace the drain cap - which had never been opened since the house was built in 1910, so I can't complain. Would totally recommend Brian and Twin Cities Rooter!

We have used Matt's Plumbing Solutions on multiple occasions over the years. Most recently, we contacted him to address frozen pipes (Winter, 2021), and while they were already booked for multiple days in advance, he walked us through options to address our needs over the phone, while driving between customers, free of charge.

Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.
