Best General Maintenance in Minneapolis MN

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

BEWARE!! OVERPRICED AND INCONVENIENT. I called Bonfe to replace a couple of shut off valves in my home. The way they have set up their schedules maximizes their work efficiency but really makes it extremely inconvenient. I scheduled a Saturday appointment (they work 7 days a week so there are no extra charges for the weekends) online and sent in a picture of what I needed done and the type of valve that needed to be replaced. The system doesn't give you a time or a block of time except that the technician can arrive anytime during their work hours which is 7a-10p. I hadn't received an update around noon that day so called and spoke to the operator. They said they still had me on the schedule but couldn't tell me where I was on the list. Eventually by 7:30p, someone called me and said the technician will be there within 30 mins. The technician was very professional but gave me a quote that was 3X higher than another quote I received to do the same exact job. Crazy! They charged me for the $99 service call fee and left. Unless you are desperate to get something done, I would suggest you shop around and consider this as a last option.

Andy is an excellent employee in all respects. Erickson is the only number I call for my. HVAC problems.

Very good experience with this inspector who came very well prepared with sufficient knowledge experience and enthusiasm. Explained what he found and what condition the HVAC system was in followed by what improvements were very necessary as priorities and what was optional improvements plus broadly estimated costs .Mr. Peterson handled my questions and concerns very agreeably. I would use his services again.

Seth is a stellar tech and customer service ace. He prioritized my leak (pipe going to the water heater) and fixed it promptly, perfectly.
I so appreciate his coming so quickly. It was his first day back from a short vacation and he had work stacked up ... but still fit me in.

I called other company’s but was given a weeks time frame to come out and replace my leaking water heater!!! Dean’s was very prompt and able to come same day! Nick A. came out within 2 hours of my initial call and was very helpful, friendly and informative and got me set up for installation for the very next morning. He kept me in the loop for the whole process. Brad V. was the tech that came out to do the install! He was very friendly and super quick just like his bio says!!! Because of where my water heater was located, he had some trouble getting the old one out and up the stairs. But that didn’t delay him! He quickly got Daniel to my house to help him and in less than any hour had everything up and running!! Thanks Dean’s for making this process the best it could be!!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Matt fixed our frozen, very clogged drain in the kitchen. He was here within 2 hours of calling, quick and efficient service. Friendly with our dog who loves to help. Would use their service again, highly recommend!

If hell needed a plumbing company you guys would be the best fit.

Do Right plumbing came to my rescue on a freezing cold February day. My Propane tank had a faulty component resulting in no fuel source to my furnace. Significant damage was done to my home due to sustaining 3 weeks of no heat. DoRight not only found and corrected all the defective plumbing problems but acted as a General Contractor to manage all repairs. They were the only positive assistance in a very challenging situation. I trust the company explicitly.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
