Don't waste your time with this company. I needed to replace an A/C unit and was also interested in potentially replacing my furnace. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for the project. Dean's can only provide a 4 hour window. They did not show the first day and bumped me to the next day. The next day they were also a no show and wanted to bump me once again. I wouldn't recommend doing business with any company that cannot meet their promises to customers. I learned from the company that they prioritize existing customers over new customers and will bump them from the schedule even if they have made a commitment to them. I wouldn't trust any company that doesn't keep their word.

Just had warranty work done and it was excellent. Technician was friendly responsive and seemed to know exactly what to do. Had the part and completed repair quickly. I had bad experience with my tune-up last year but this restores my faith in Pronto.
