My husband and I had a good experience with this company. We thought we had a toilet that exhibited a leak as there was an orange looking stain on our floor tile that appeared to possibly be a calcium deposit stain which could be obtained from moisture.

Keith who was the technician, examined the toilet and advised the toilet was solidly installed and sealed with a silicone sealer.

Since Keith could not find a visible issue and was already at our home, he asked to see our hot water tank which was fine. However, he noticed that our water softener head had a crack and started to leak.

The gist is, that we were made aware of the problem as it must of just happened recently since we did not see this problem a couple of days ago in our basement and called the water softener company immediately to resolve the issue.

We would recommend this company from our own experience and many other good reviews with an A+ rating from BBB.

Jeff was fantastic!! On time (even when we weren't), friendly and professional, took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed and why and answered our many questions, did the work quickly in the same visit as the consultation (fixed two hose bibs and installed a new water heater) and cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned up a mess of wood shavings another contractor made at our house. We’re doing a home remodel and this has been by far the best contractor experience we’ve had so far. We highly recommend Jeff!

Great service and quality. We had the air conditioner, furnace, and water heater replaced.Matt K., our customer service rep, was very positive and honest. Looked over our house and gave a wide variety of options. He knew our situation and budget and made a wide variety of suggestions. Then the question had to be asked... How long was the wait?... We had multiple estimates that had us anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months out. Matt laughed and said, How does Thursday sound? We were blown away. The two weeks prior without A.C. was not fun and the fact that Genz-Ryan could get what we wanted done, within our budget, AND in a timely matter was a no-brainer.Our tech that came out, Adam G., was very polite and efficient. Even when it was raining outside. They worked hard all day and it turned out amazing. We could tell right away when the A.C. went on. Afterward they cleaned everything up, explained what was done and the general upkeep of the units, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, Genz-Ryan did not have the air cleaner/UV lighting in stock that I ordered. The parts were on back order which is understandable with the current situation. Adam said it would not be long, a week or two, until the parts were in and would let me know right away when the parts arrived so I could set up an appointment to have it installed.Next, I have Genz-Ryan coming out to clean the duct-work and replace the water heater. We had been having a lot of troubles with our shower, we had two people (Colin and Erik) come out to fix up our shower and drain in the same day. They were wonderful, very professional and right on time. They were incredibly friendly as well and made my family laugh, if you want friendly amazing people who do a great job at their service and do it on time I highly recommend this place.
