Best Dependable Service in Minneapolis MN

Matt came out to look at our sewer line after Drainbusters horribly and unprofessionally misdiagnosed a branch pipe as a hole in the line. Matt took his time talking with us, examining our basement structure to help us figure out that the hole was actually a branch line from our floor drain. I highly recommend contacting Matt- he was extremely professional and informed. His integrity impressed both my husband and I.

Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away.

Honestly, I do not write reviews ever but, I have to give credit where it is due and put others on to the great service that we always receive from Cyrus. He has provided exceptional service for both my home plumbing needs and our place of business. Any issues we have he is available, professional, super knowledgeable and kind. This level of service is hard to find and it’s much appreciated. He has changed faucets in my home, installed water heaters, fixed leaks, replaced old pipes, the list goes on and on! Steve was awesome! He arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and was able to get our sewer line cleared and flowing in less than an hour. He explained everything that he was doing and was super professional. Full marks.
