Would have been 4 stars but they fixed their mistakes so I'm happy! I had a new home Carrier furnace put in and garage heater installed and vented. This was done in Dec of 2018. The main regulator was verbally said to be replaced on the home furnace but not written in the contract. one year later when they came out for the free 1yr inspection they detected a leak in the regulator. I asked them to replace it at their cost and they did, I wasn't expecting that since I had no paper proof of that being part of the deal. I also had an independent roofer tell me the flashing and venting for the garage heater was not caulked/sealed or fastened to the roof, MSP also fixed that at the same time. Overall I'm happy with the price I paid and I'm happy that they upheld their verbal contract. I spend my time interviewing 9 companies to do the work and MSP was by far the one I felt the most confident in. Knowing that they stand by their work is refreshing.

I called other company’s but was given a weeks time frame to come out and replace my leaking water heater!!! Dean’s was very prompt and able to come same day! Nick A. came out within 2 hours of my initial call and was very helpful, friendly and informative and got me set up for installation for the very next morning. He kept me in the loop for the whole process. Brad V. was the tech that came out to do the install! He was very friendly and super quick just like his bio says!!! Because of where my water heater was located, he had some trouble getting the old one out and up the stairs. But that didn’t delay him! He quickly got Daniel to my house to help him and in less than any hour had everything up and running!! Thanks Dean’s for making this process the best it could be!!

Technician was on-time, completed job thoroughly and quickly. Was very courteous and provided helpful tips to avoid future problems.

*UPDATE*Jeff is a legend!! After ordering parts, Jeff was back within a day and a half to fit them. It was a little tricky but nothing he couldn’t solve - so so pleased with his service. Fantastic problem solver, especially when things get frustrating. So pleased to have AC again!! Really impressed with Jeff’s knowledge with Bryant / Carrier systems, hands on approach, and willingness to fix even the trickiest/challenging of jobs. I signed up for a maintenance plan - so pleased to have Pronto on board!!I called Pronto based on a recommendation from a friend after we’ve been struggling for a while with issues with our Carrier Infinity HVAC. We’d already a few people come out over the last few months, there wasn’t much progress with diagnosing or fixing any of the issues. Jeff from Pronto came out today and we have a diagnosis and a plan of action. Genuinely could not be happier or have more faith in a technician, he was personable, professional, explained everything he was doing as he ran the diagnostics tests and explained his plan of action. It’s an expensive repair but Jeff was the first technician that made me feel confident that our plan was best way forward. Also, he was great with my big, loud and anxious rescue pup. Thanks Jeff!!!!

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
